I really try to keep food in its proper place in my life. Meaning: it’s necessary to think about it and deal with it, but I make an effort not to think about it any more than I have to! So I can concentrate on other things in my life.

But the reality is I am raising five perpetually hungry children, I cannot afford a personal chef, and I enjoy eating really good food. So my goal is to balance and simplify! All these dishes are made with regular food from a regular grocery store, and get 2 thumbs up from a regular family!!
